No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

Military Salute Tickets - Valid for admission to Disneyland & Disneyland California Adventure for 3 or 4 Days. 3 & 4 Days can be used consecutively or non consecutively. All days to be used during the life of the ticket. Ticket must be used in full by the expiration date 12/13/24 and still have blackout dates. Once a ticket is used in part, any unused days are expired and cannot be transferred to following year or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: DISNEYLAND HAS CHANGED THEIR TICKET OFFERINGS. THEY HAVE UPDATED THEIR GENIE+ PRODUCT. IT IS NO LONGER THE GENIE+. IT IS NOW THE LIGHTNING LANE MULTI PASS. MILITARY PROMOTIONAL TICKETS WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED WITHOUT THIS IN THE TICKET. ALL MILITARY TICKETS WILL ONLY BE OFFERED WITH THE LIGHTNING LANE MULTI PASS.

Six Tickets Max per year per Active, Retire or 100% Disabled ID. Member purchasing ticket MUST BE 1 of the 6 tickets and in attendance with their guests at the park. Dependent Spouses are eligible to purchase tickets, but all tickets purchased will count towards the 6 ticket maximum. If Dependent Spouse is purchasing them, please put order fully in your name. Dependent Children are not eligible to purchase them.
All tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use. Tickets may not be resold.
