No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

IKON's Policy: Passes are for Active Duty, Retired Members, 100% Disabled and their dependents. You must attach an ID for each ticket purchased. i.e. 3 Tickets must be for Active Duty and 2 Dependents, Retired and 2 Dependents. 1, 2, 3 up to 6 tickets must attach exact number of eligible IDs. One ID will only deliver 1 ticket. Must have equal amount of "Dependent" IDs with the Active, Retired or 100% Disabled.
