Exclusive tax-free military discount tickets for eligible patrons!

It is your responsibility to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS and all Product Descriptions - your tickets will be cancelled if you violate them.

Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

For All Tickets - You need to stop at a ticket window and present your voucher tickets to the attendant

FOR ZIP LINE TICKET

  • Reservations are required by the customer: Call 407-856-3226 or Email reservations@Gatorland.com

  • Brief safety and orientation session required prior to launch.
  • Closed toe shoes required. Skirts, dresses, and short shorts are discouraged
  • Must be at least 37" tall and weigh no more than 275 lbs
  • Cameras, cell phones, video equipment including GoPro™ HD cameras and other personal items may not be taken on the adventure. Secure lockers will be available.
  • Guests will be required to sign a Release, Liability Waiver, and Consent Agreement prior to their launch.
  • Minors under the age of 18 MUST have a Liability Waiver and Consent Agreement executed and signed by a parent or natural guardian.
  • 48 hour cancellation required for full refund on your zip line reservation. (Refunds are not given by MWR Ticket office, they will renew current ticket as not to lose the value of the ticket for reuse at a later date). If you need to change your launch date or time, please contact Gatorland a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled launch to reschedule.
    If your launch is canceled due to inclement weather, a rain check will be issued for a future launch within one year from the date of your originally scheduled visit.
  • ZIP LINE Ticket includes admission.
  • Gatorland is open daily from 10AM - 5PM, rain or shine.
  • Free parking available.
  • Animal Show Showtime's are repeated several times daily and may vary slightly season by season.
  • Not valid for special or evening events.

FOR THE MILITARY PROMOTIONAL FREE TICKET

  • YOUR VOUCHER IS NOT an admission ticket.
  • Active or Fully Retired member must present Military ID and this E-Ticket to any Gatorland Admission Window.
  • Once documentation is confirmed Active or Retired member will receive a one (1) day free admission ticket.
  • Do not duplicate this ticket. All tickets have unique numbers. If this page is duplicated, it remains valid for only one admission. Duplicates will not be accepted.
