Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

  • Reservations are required 24 hours in advance
  • For online reservations, visit medievaltimes.com and select your Castle and show date and time. Enter the E-Ticket Barcode number in the Redeem Voucher field and select Royalty on the package selection screen.
  • For assistance, contact 888.935.6878 and reference the E-Ticket Barcode number
  • Military Tickets will include the Royal Upgrade , a $12.00 value (subject to availability): VIP Seating, Priority Seating Access, Cheering Banner, and VIP Lanyard
