It is your responsibility to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS and all Product Descriptions - your tickets will be cancelled if you violate them.

Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

We now offer passes for you and your entire family to enjoy the Aquatic Center on TRACEN Petaluma on Saturdays and Sundays! Open swim will be both days from 1100 - 1600.*

YOU MUST HAVE BASE ACCESS TO USE THE AQUATIC CENTER.

There are 3 types of passes available for use on Saturday and Sundays only. The Aquatic Center is reserved for training only during the week!

You will need to show proof of purchase at the pool window. Passes will not be available for purchase at the pool; however, there will be a QR code onsite to purchase from your mobile device.

Pass details:

Open Swim - Good for ONE day

Annual - Good for one calendar year.

Adult - 17 years and older

Youth - 16 years and under

Family - up to 4 eligible family members

*If hours change, pricing will reflect that.
