It is your responsibility to read our TERMS & CONDITIONS and all Product Descriptions - your tickets will be cancelled if you violate them.

Purchases must be made by an 18+ eligible person, in your name, using your credit card (Visa & Mastercard only, billing address and zip code must match card info).

No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

1 DAY GENERAL ADMISSION FOR 3+ YEARS OF AGE. AGES 2 AND UNDER DO NOT NEED A TICKET. ONE TICKET FOR ALL AGES ABOVE 2, NO CHILD/ADULT TICKET OPTION.

Expiration Date of Current Ticket offering is 8/31/25. We will not have access to tickets beyond this date until the new offering rolls over. We don't receive an ETA on that new roll over until a couple weeks ahead of ticket expiration date.

Tickets are not automatically delivered after your order is placed. After your order is received, we have to clear you as an authorized MWR purchaser and then retrieve the tickets for you. Our processing time is Monday - Friday 10am - 4:30pm. (Not including Holidays or weekends). We give ourselves two business days to work on your ticket order. If you purchase a ticket for the wrong date, and we have already completed your order, we are unable to change anything after this point. You will need to speak to Universal Studios Hollywood to update the ticket.

THERE IS A NEW TICKET PROCESS for Universal Studios Hollywood! They have gone to "Dynamic Pricing" for their 1-Day ticket. The price range for a 1-Day Admission ticket will be $99.00 to $122.50. We do not set the price, Universal Studios does. Your price will be based on the day you want to go. Since we have an online platform and we can't set a static price therefore we will have the ticket set for $0.00. Placing the order will also charge you the standard service fee of $9.95. Once we get your order we will pull up the price and send you an invoice to your email. You can pay this invoice conveniently straight from your email. Payment should be made immediately, but we have given 3 Days to pay for your convenience. Once we receive the paid invoice we will process and send the tickets. Please note, we want serious purchasers only. After 3 days of non-payment we will cancel the order without notification. There will be no refund of the service fee. If these tickets are still wanted/needed you will have to place a new order. As a rule of thumb, Please expect to pay at least $122.50 per ticket, and then if you are going on a lower peak date, you will just pay less.
