No refunds or exchanges. We typically process tickets within a few hours, however, please allow up to 2 business days for e-delivery tickets and up to 3-4 days for mailed tickets. We are closed and cannot process ticket purchases Saturday - Sunday and Federal holidays.

Exciting new features in Walt Disney World ticket purchases, delivery, and reservations. Tickets are now electronic. No more hard shell cards mailed!! You will receive a ticket with reservation number. Disney will call it a reservation number regardless if you had us create your reservations or not. Your reservation number will have the number of tickets and type you ordered and all you will need do is link your reservation number into your Disney account and all of your tickets will be in your account.
Primary Traveler: Is the person coordinating for the group and the one who will be at the park exchanging the Will Call Certificate to pick up the tickets in person. This can be you or your guest. If some tickets are for your guest and some are for you, please add multiple line items in the same order so we can separate and create multiple orders in a couple different primary traveler's name so in case you have multiple family groups or are going on different dates. We will not process several single tickets so everyone can have their own. It is expected that there will be a primary traveler that will coordinate for their group or subgroups.
On the order itself: At the check out process do not put the whole order in your guest's name as you are the sponsor with the ID placing the order. You the sponsor is ordering your tickets, not your guest. Your primary traveler guest's name goes in the order form on the first page only! Your order will be cancelled if it is not!
For self use: please provide the email address on the order you used for your Disney Account. The information on your order will be used to enter to retrieve your Will Call Certificate.
For Gifting: In the order form please provide: Name of your guest (who is the Primary Traveler), Phone Number, and email address associated with their Disney Account.
Enhanced reservation Feature: We can now help by creating your reservation(s) for you. Not sure when you are going? Your dates might change? Not a problem! Just select No when it asks you if you want us to make the reservation and do not enter dates of park visit. (You still must give us the date the primary traveler is traveling to WDW!). You can still create your own reservations by going to www.startyourdisneyexperience.com or download the app, upload your ticket, and create your reservation(s). The primary traveler will need to be logged into their Disney account. If the primary traveler doesn't have one just create one. (Please note create one before tickets are purchased so we can have the email address associated with the Disney account) Did you have us book the wrong dates? Not to worry, you can log into the Disney's site or app and change your reservation(s). Unfortunately once booked, we are unable to adjust your reservation(s) for you. You will have to complete this change on your own. Anyone with ticket(s) for more than 5 days will have to create their own reservations.
Would you like the Genie+ Option? This can only be purchased at WDW through the app after having the tickets uploaded in your Disney Account. They do not accompany any Military Ticket option.
